Shh..

I would shut the puffy eyes to sleep
nothing will make them unswell.
Half the world is astral travelling
I'm still memorizing the ceiling.
I would write the script of my dreams
(Skinny dips on waterfalls - refreshing!)
so I squeeze a pillow between my legs
and surrender to drape the day.
