Shine At Will Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Shine At Will

L-ight early Monday morning
I-s rising above the horizon;
L-et the twilight turn
I-nto sixth of March new dawn.
A-llow the dusk to fade into the cold dark shadow;
N-ight chill comes to an end, yielding to the warm tomorrow.

D-aybreak has just begun, bringing mirth to your heart;
E-ventide is left behind, to make a brand new start.

V-ile weather turns fine,
E-ternal flame fuels the thrill;
R-ays from the big beacon
A-im to shine at will.
