C'est vrai, désolé.
Je l'ai dit seulement
de temps en temps;
p-q t-j maint'nant
je dis: ‘Le Roman',
‘Recherché', ‘Temps'
ou ‘Temps Perdu'.
Un homme raccourcit.

You say 'in Search of Lost Time'
is not a pretty title.
It's true, I'm sorry.
I have said it only now and then.
Almost always now,
I say: 'The Novel',
'Search', 'Time' or 'Lost Time'.
A man takes shortcuts.
You can too.
