Shut In Poem by Jeanette Telusma

Shut In

Rating: 5.0

It's been 4 days and 3 nights
Since we've been shut in.
Time seems to not move by flight.
Everyone is walking with a grin.

The kids appreciate this time the most
They don't have to get up and go.
You see, school is closed.
They have chosen to go with the flow.

Hurricane Irma has lost her strength.
Blowing winds and rain up the west coast.
In time she will decrease in length.
Very soon she will become flat as toast.

Everyone is walking with a grin and time seems to not move by flight. An amazing poem is wisely penned and shared here. Hurricane Irma has lost her strength and we hope you all are safe. We offer our prayer for safety of all there...10
