Siesta - Poem by Arielle Howze

When dreams supersede reality
Pillows are lovers
Under covers a freedom world is composed
Unconsciously cautious of mind
Of self
Flying alongside sparrows
Running from monsters
Falling into another dream
Sleep is vacation
A hiatus from responsibility
Liberation mentally
