I am ageing
Cannot say gracefully
I have put on weight
developed thyroid of which an everyday tablet is a mandatory program
Fatigue, Headache, stress at times depression
It has been along time had my heartiest laugh
No body to pay attention
Life is really moving to oblivion
A day will come when I slip into past
As now I have become an outcast
The society no longer require me
God let me flee
In your kingdom
The soul will then find peace
and will rest at ease

Ageing gracefully must be a state of mind and it may not have any thing to do with physical illnesses. Moreover, birth and death are the two fixed destinations to be touched by every living being and both of these have their own celebrations. Thanks for sharing.
