Silence Poem by Jon Yttri

Silence

Nothing speaks louder than silence.
Silence shouts loud and clear;
You make a remark I did not wish to hear.
Silence shines bright and sunny;
The joke you spoke wasn't funny.
Silence feels soft like hay;
A great man has passed away.
Silence smells a fragrant scent;
Now is the time to pass judgment.
