Sin Has A Costly Penalty

Sin has a costly penalty
That only God could pay
For a sinless Sacrifice was required
To wash sins debt away
And a Lamb became available
And by His own undertaking
Jesus shed His blood for our sins
So we might obtain Salvation

Unfortunately there's no lineup
To check out Salvation's fact
The devil will thwart you upon every effort
He hates it when truth is intact
So the father of lies continues to lie
And he does it so sneakily
He will send the thought to your mind
Forget about eternity!

But friend there's a loving Father
Who cares for you more than you know
He's trying to draw you by His Spirit
To place more worth on your soul
So give it up for Jesus Christ
Who deserves our complete adoration
Consider the cradle! ...the Cross and the grave!
And consider His so great Salvation! ! !

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
