Sipping Cherry Cola Through A Moonlit Straw (Final Version)

sipping cherry cola through a moonlit straw
I mused on green creation and was overawed
and sifted through the mounds of ice cream

strawberry, chocolate, coconut noon had
melted in the patios on the little tables,
and scooped up to the
tune of cherry cola through a moonlit straw

sipped slowly.

tomorrow for breakfast,
ambrosia sundaes,
berried angel food cake...

P.S. If I don't have ice cream or cake in the house I just write about them. however, so much better for you are natural tart cherry juice and frozen yogurt, not ice cream. I dont think any cake is
healthy. I like to pretend carrot cake is healthy but I know it isnt. Cola my friends is not good for you at all. Carbonation weakens the bones. Be healthy. Just write or read about desserts. You will live longer and write/read many poems. tart cherry juice poured over vanilla frozen yogurt. YUM.
