Skilled Safe In Routines Poem by Terence George Craddock

Skilled Safe In Routines

it is easy for secure skilled people who sit
safe in routines to claim competence complacent
never challenged by no knowledge fresh start
beginnings never troubled by long forgotten
memories dark shadows their own adjustment
past learning difficulties heartless thoughtless
adding burden demands on new learner workers
