Sky High Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Sky High

My eyes caught a bird wing flying sky high.
My feet scaled a mountainside sky high.
The clouds rambled on in the sky high.
My spirits rose sky high.

You were my inspiration.
You were my darling man.
You made me see the world,
From vistas sky high.

One day, when I sat on your lap,
You whispered light things to me.
Your passionate ways moved me,
To positions sky high.
