Any human and animals,
But sleeping has a limit,
Limit depends on ages,
Sleeping anytime may
Be bad for the health.
Different ages, Has different duration to sleep.
Anyone can rest in the
Day time,
But not to sleep.
Having a glass of water
Before sleeping at night
And after getting up
Is a good source of energy.
Getting up before sunset
And releasing your breath
Makes the day start fresh.
