Sleep Loose Poem by Grant House

Sleep Loose

Sleep loose
Like a caboose
At the end of a train

Like a papoose
Bundled tightly
Warmly
Cozy
Sheltered from the rain

Put your brain to sleep
And your body too
And dream and dream and dream
The whole night through

And in your sleep
Way down in covers under
Safe and sound
From wind or thunder
You may hear me say
In words so true
From then to now
From here to far away
That I and all Creation
Truly
Do
Love
You
