Sleepless Poem by Timothy Lee Hollandsworth Jr.

Sleepless

Rating: 4.5

All I do is lay and dream
But I am not asleep in my bed
I dream of tomorrow and what will come to be
I cannot sleep it is only a waste
To waste time is something we simply can't do
We don't have very much of it to begin with
All I do is lay and dream
I'm very tired of dreaming
So in this sleepless time
I will make the world mine
I won't waste a minute
For that would surely be a crime
So I stop dreaming
I crawl out of bed
I begin my scheming
And make reality out of what is in my head

You need to know that the fancies of the day are the dreams at night and the more you begin your scheming, the more there is to dream when you rest. Result - panic. So, take to discipline like yoga, thinking in the minute, meditation and walk in nature..............you will never dream. arya
