Sliding Through Experiences Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Sliding throughout experiences, situations and circumferences
in the light of a temporary lifetime, thinking, waiting for
the end at times.

Tears of sorrow filling eyes, heart and mind, wondering where
happiness and joy could have gone, having disappeared one day
in the mystery of death and dying.

Trying to continue living although there seems to be no sense
in it many times, reaching out, hoping to find some sort of
solace, none coming, for it's only given through the Divine.

Looking to faith and hope, thinking it may hold answers need-
ed within, only hearing silence unfolding from deep within
this poetical being, biding time in this temporary world.
