Slipping Poem by Joshua Amaefule

Slipping

Just like yesterday
The worries seems to stay
Can you pull me down
Expecting to see me frown
Can we still be one
Your king without a crown
Can you find me love
Then will it be enough
It's my love so rough
Does my touch puts you off
Almost everyday
I always want to play
With your body all the way
I know I have to pay
Pay somehow no matter the delay
Am I falling apart or astray
God to you only I pray
You know all I got to say
Please don't turn the other way
I am slipping away
Let your blessings fall on me like ray
Hear me each time I pray

Slipping
