Slow Suicide Poem by Dean Meredith

Slow Suicide

In my grandmother's house
Which I bought cheap
With my hard earned
Sold soul credit
I've lived like a loner
With my family
At times
My beautiful family
Never giving up
Them on me
Me on them
Always scarred
Always scared
Of losing it
My privacy
My individuality
My freedom
Here I am
In this house
All of us
Slowly dying
Too slow
Too fast
For me
