Snow Angels Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Snow Angels

Snow Angels

I saw all ten of them
Arranged in a circle you see.
One of the snow angels was me.
I laid down around the circle of angels.

The nine other children
Fluttered their legs and arms.
They made snow angels
Out of them.

But ooops, what do I see?
I saw some of them swooping at me.
These angels wanted to save me from strife.
They ignited love and light in my life.

The ten angels that we were,
Were made up of snowy shapes.
They were all fluttering now
To fly around the snowy landscape.
