I went ahead
To lead
But fell back
As killer’s instinct was lacked

Anywhere you go
Purposefully slow down
Add momentum
To extract maximum

Watch and wait
Love but not hate
Look for reception at gate
If alright, then prepare for occasion to celebrate

It pays in return
If withdrawal is planned in run
Orderly and graceful
You are more than successful

Successful armies have suffered
In neglect when offered
Yet declined in arrogance
It was simply taken as lost chance

Look for favorable wind
See the situation around
If found little doubtful
Come out in manner so graceful
