Solitary Space Of Time, Thinking Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Solitary Space Of Time, Thinking

Decidedly vague, thinking of younger days when life was so
much simpler, decisions able to be made without thought, a
spur of the moment idea, giving no time for regrets.

Quietly standing in a solitary space of time, being energized
in the moment we were in, craving love and attention, but being
too busy with life and careers to spend any time thinking of it.

Holding silent tears sacredly, hiding love deep within this
aching heart, hoping that someday it would be returned un-
conditionally.
