Sometimes I Like To Be A Tree
Sometimes I want to be like a tree
and defy the weather and the loneliness
give birds a space to nest in
and insects a place to live in
And like a tree
I want to keep on growing my roots
which will give me even more guidance
so that I can survive
even in the most difficult circumstances
