Somewhere In Time Poem by Richard Netherland Cook

Somewhere In Time

Somewhere In Time

Somewhere in time,
When, I cannot know,
The Angel of Death will guide me,
To a place that I must go.

I leave you but a moment
On my journey far away,
For time will be fleeting
Between tomorrow and today.

There I'll wait for you my love,
Out where the Angels wait
To bring you to my loving arms
When you have met your fate.

And I will take you by the hand,
Two hearts will again be one,
And we will ride on snow white clouds,
When all our days are done.

The gates of Heaven will open wide
As the bells of Heaven chime.
Together we'll spend eternity
Somewhere in time.
