I never thought that this would end this way,
I never thought I’d hear you say this now,
I know that it’s selfish for me to stay,
I want to change, love, but I don’t know how.

You and me here with no one else around,
The one thing we need is a brand new start,
My world starts to spin, and I hit the ground,
I know it’s time mend this broken heart.

Now things are different, times have now been changed
I’m no longer myself here without you,
It feels like life itself has rearranged,
It taking and breaking my heart in two.

It hurts, and I know that I won’t move on,
Even though I know you’re already gone.
