Sonnet: Count On God Poem by Dr John Celes

God is the best refuge for all in life;
Just count on Him; He surely can do things,
And mitigate our sufferings and strife,
And make the common men to look like kings.

Just trust in God and allow Him to deal,
With problems which we cannot hope to solve;
For God alone can wounds of heart/mind heal,
And complexities of our life resolve.

No one dare challenge pow’r of Almighty!
All live and lifeless things obey His words;
He’s the only path to Eternity,
The Good Shepherd on earth to many herds.

God’s wisdom to men chosen never fails;
There is a wind that drives life’s boat with sails.
