Sonnet: God Redeems Man Poem by Dr John Celes

When you are pushed to edge of poverty,
God shows the way to come out of the same;
When you are in a world of misery,
God comforts you and gives you fame and name.

When you are hungry, thirsty without food,
God will provide the meal of satiety;
When you are lost in conflict zones and wood,
God shows the way out, live in society.

When pitch-blend darkness surrounds you at times,
God shows the light at tunnel's end quite soon;
When inclement stays seasons and all climes,
God gives you freedom with His sun and moon.

The Lord, your God is there with you always;
He tells you how to keep soul pure with grace.
