Sonnet Ii Poem by Juan Olivarez

Sonnet Ii

Rating: 5.0

If angels would lose their wings,
And from heaven fell to Earth.
Then loudly would you hear the rings,
Of pealing bells for all their worth.
And the Seraphs throng loudly would cry,
At finding you already here.
And wonder how from Heaven you did fly,
You whom the Seraphs hold so dear.
An angel lost now found once more,
Who is at my beck and call.
A Seraph from Heaven I adore,
That to the Earth one day did fall.
Heaven on Earth the angels surely would attest,
On finding you here at my behest.
