Sonnet: Use God's Road For You Poem by Dr John Celes

If you are in the track that God ear-marked;
Just walk, then run, but looking never back;
And never stop, becoming car that’s parked;
God guides and keeps his people in His track.

God clears the road off boulders that you trip;
He makes the path all levelled, smooth and clean;
He will not let you ever fall or slip;
And clears the road off men who are most mean.

Nothing goes wrong ev'r with God beside;
No Tempter dare succeed in tempting too;
From dangers on the route, he will you hide;
His road is safe till Heaven comes in view.

Just put your trust in God and forge ahead;
But never mind, if on the way, you're dead!
