Sooth Of Life - Poem by Santhosh Vijayakumar

“How is life? ” All ask.
And I have an answer to give,
“As beautiful as a bed of rose.”
They again do quest,
“Have you no sorrow? ”
Then again I say,
“A beautiful bed of rose.”
Yes, a bed of rose,
With petals and thorns.
Thorns do prick,
And petals do soothe.
I take the prick for,
For the joy of soothe.
This is the sooth of life.
