Soulmates
does destiny by some design
bring souls together mated?
like mittens made in glovers' shop
bespoken for hands fated
and can a candles two twin wicks
of single wax yet dual heat
that burns intensely as one flame
ever fail to someday meet?
I do believe that paths are linked
unknowing and unwitting
until two souls become the one
like jigsaws neatly fitting

I read this and think of this: It`s amazing how in a world of billions some people seem to find that ideal person without going through the billions to find that person. It seems to happen as if by magic.
