Sounds Of Color Traveling Asunder Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Sounds Of Color Traveling Asunder

Friends hoping in the life of musical rhythms that con-
tinually surround us with and through rhythms time and
again through the years.

Coming together in their sounds of color, traveling as-
under, yet finally landing here within our beings all
the time.

Never neglecting our minds or intellects throughout the
night as the band continues to play its melodies and
harmonies without turning the other way.

United in our hearts and minds without any void of a
penetrating hatred that's suddenly being spread in this
country-western bar and restaurant.

We Americans staying together as one against this faulty
German tirade against our western music and lifestyle
having each other's back relentlessly.
