Sparkling Lights Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Sparkling Lights

Sparkling lights tempting people to spend their money in the slot machines.
Wanting to write instead, I find my way to the furthest spot in the casino - it fits my imagination perfectly.
Acquiescent, finding my intellect in tact, novel items appear on my inner mind's screens.
Watching with delight, enjoying the tastes I hear and see, filling me with words to place on paper.
