Speak Nothing Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Speak Nothing

Rating: 5.0

Speak nothing

Speak nothing when find no words
There may be hidden wishes from the lords
It is for sure that you may be saved from some troubles
As uneasy calm prevails underneath the bubble

But I was restless to hear from her
She had spoken some words or uttered
I could make nothing out of it
But her face had shined a bit

She was in complete command
To tease me often but not to offer remand
It might be her style and thinking
My head spun and started sinking

She sensed anxiety and eagerness
It was visibly reflected on my face
She had specially come to say something
I owned whole crown as king

"Don't be restless" she gently whispered
I too heard impatiently and nothing offered
Just felt cold shiver in spine and expressed joy
In fact it was nice moment to enjoy

She had green signal for our union
He family had consented me for companion
She had rushed all along to convey
I was surprised about it much to dismay

Who may not want such happy moments?
When she is near you and making no movement
Each word is reflecting whole life line
We both felt its impulse and looked very fine

In life something takes place all of sudden
You may not be prepared to accept it even
I was in total disarray as she disclosed
Now we were in happy mood to be posed
