Especially for you;
With love.
Make for yourself a special bread:
Take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet and spelt!
Mix them together into a bowl;
A special bread,
Bake this special bread for yourself!
Able to give you the right strength needed for your journey.
Special Bread! !
Take along water for thirst;
Bread and water for your journey.
