Speeding Up Blood Flow Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Speeding Up Blood Flow

Slipping and sliding into movements of exercise,
hastening blood flow to the brain.

Bringing about an energetic mind, ready to learn
whatever it is you want.

Eclipsing particles of dementia that try to slow
down your thinking, instead speeding them up.

Gaining new insight with every moment that you
are doing it, being fulfilling and important.

Taking every step to keep moving, staying in
touch with the reality of intellect.

Also, expanding inner imagination and innate
talent, always needing to be expressed rapidly.

Insisting upon it, this brain can fulfill it's
own purpose in life.
