Spirit Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The stage was well set,
The atmosphere was electrifying,
The famous singer began to sing a melodious song,
His voice was thrilling,
But with the broken spirit he stumbled again and again,
Somehow he ended the song.
But immediately he sat on the stage with great pain and indignation,
The great singer knew he could not sing it at all,
Tears came in his eyes,
Other day he could sing the wonderful song with his joyous spirit like a true champion,
But this time with the fragmented spirit, he miserably failed to sing it,
All remained silent,
They also understood;
Being thoroughly disappointed,
The great singer slowly left the stage,
Right spirit and emotion is so much important for an artist.
