Spiritual Peak Poem by john tiong chunghoo

Spiritual Peak

I love not eating
Too much the brain
Bogged down
Tied tired
And imperiled
I love hanging up
Some of my desires
To let peace scatter
Flowers and buds
Of serenity in the
Lanes of the mind
A body reigned by
Nature's spirituality
And divinity
A tree standing tall
Green and bright
The birds flocking
To make a home
Singing nature's best
Deal in their warm nest
