I am different
From boiling with boisterous energy
To dragging my feet senselessly
Something in me has changed
I feel more enraged
Being pulled from one personality to the other
Turbulent waters beating my body to a pulp
Drowning
Spiralling
Living on a prayer
Being reminded that I am a sinner
Lost in a dark empty pit
Trying to join the pieces of me that have split
"Who are you? Do you even know? "
A question I ask myself everyday
As I watch my empty body lay
In deep regret
I am drained
Pained
Depressed
Wondering who will notice first
And quench this painful thirst
Of dried up thoughts and redundant should've(s)
I don't want them to save me
But also I want them to draw me near and comprehend my pain
