State Crime Against Humanity Genocide Poem by Terence George Craddock

State Crime Against Humanity Genocide

non-violent protest
worked against the British
who were not prepared

to wash their hands
in oceans of innocent blood
slaughtering people

like splattered crushed bugs

it would not
could not have succeeded
against death

camps Nazi Germany;

one vital constant
remains necessary
opposition courage

morality honour sacrifice
by brave people willing
to claim their human rights;

can achieve change
indifference looking
other ways encourages

cruelty brutality
injustice crimes
against humanity;
