Broken hearted,
All empty inside.

Why isn't he here?
Why isn't he near?

I want him beside me,
Not somewhere unknown.

A love I've always wanted,
Yet denied me each day.

All I want is love,
So why can't I have him?

I don't know who he is,
His face is blurred through my head.

The details all fuzzy,
Of this guy I adore.

He's a mystery,
The best part of this story.

He's the unknown,
The future of my world.

Yet, once I know him,
Will it ruin this story?

The mystery is exciting,
The unknown thrilling.

Why do I want,
This story to end?

Once ended I'm left,
Always wanting to restart.

Perhaps love should stay away,
Very far from my grasp.

The unknown is best,
It's that I prefer.

So, love stay away!
Stay far, far away.

I don't need you,
Don't want you.

So, stay away,
Stay away!
