Stella Poem by Levi smith

Stella

stella oh stella i can imagine you now.
you and your bright blue eyes blue like the skies of davie which i love.
i always dream about you and your brother.
i can still see faded images of you and paul.
stella oh stella why are you in my mind?
you linger like a bad cold but the patients is killing me.
oh how i pray for that glorious day, that you oh stella will be born in the may.
stella oh stella ill see you in my dreams, the dreams they come and go like a midday summer storm.
oh how beautiful you are oh stella.
my daughter, my wife, sweet dreams oh stella how i will long for you.

In the last line, how is Stella both your daughter and your wife? I am not sure I understand that line.
