Still Wait For Thy Welfare Poem by mamutty CHOLA

Still Wait For Thy Welfare

Rating: 5.0

It is a reality we can not meet even if we wish
It is also a reality our love is immortal

Else the urge to think of you always
Down the years would not have been there

In the years of solitude since we parted
Your thoughts have been my eternal companion

Shall not forget for minute till last day of
My sojourn on the mother earth

I want you to remain happy and smiling
Wherever you might be.The time spent,

very short, in each other company
Dreaming of life together still remains ever green

Like a olive tree immune to seasonal effect.
Just wish to know your welfare if read this poem

Our love being rooted in soul resides beyond
Horizon in the realm of bliss. I shall await.

There is such a gentle yearning in this poem for a love or a friend or both in one--you did not protect yourself but laid your heart wide open. Well done

Indefinite wait is self killing. Workout for good or fo something else.

I think welfare requires action. If you really want to do someone, just do some act of goodness that can be witnessed. A good composition.
