Strange Attraction Poem by Sandra Feldman

Strange Attraction

Rating: 5.0

Who will give in first?
You or I?
It's difficult to deny,
Secret attractions.

Planets Satellites attract,
Universally, a well know fact,
So why should I not be attracted to you?
When you were,
The most passionate illusion,
I ever knew.

And yet,
As long as we, live,
Our elliptical path,
Will never cross,
And yet, like memories past,
Your fatal attraction, from the start,
Was nothing but pain.

There are loves,
That just will break your heart,
Time and Time, Again.
