Strange Fact Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Strange Fact

Rating: 5.0

An important meeting is going on in the big hall,
Though the president of it has not yet arrived,
A member of the meeting hurriedly comes and tries to enter the hall,
The gatekeeper prevents him saying,
'You can not enter as you are already late.'
After a while the president arrives,
But this time the gatekeeper allows him respectfully to go into the big hall.
Being surprised, the member asks the keeper the reason of it,
He replies promptly, 'The president presides over the meeting,
So he is allowed to enter the hall even if he comes late,
But being an ordinary member you have to arrive in time.'
The man painfully thinks about the strange fact of the strange world.
