Strange Fruits Poem by THEODORE MOSLEY

Strange Fruits

From the womb of time life was heard with travailing and love encountered the breath of life.

The Nativity Scene of man with joyful eyes of creation that smiles brought to life.

Caressed with splendor and unimaginable joy, creation is held in secured arms.

Man has been carried on a journey of seclusion and protection with a woman as the temple.

The fruit of her womb is blessed beyond the correlation of time.

'And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden'.

Deceitfulness, lies, corruption, hatefulness inflamed the mind of man without dissimulation.

Eyes of torment with love of hate gathered the hearts of evil men with decayed righteousness.

With swift transition the Continent of Africa became a commodity of fruits that entertained blue eye devils.

The fruit of his mother's eyes became the sacrifice of Black History.

Sadistic praises of monkeys swinging claimed our fruits were honorable sacrifices.

Confederate flags of Christians displayed love for heaven to approve of their cleansing of GOD'S creation.

Strange fruits of everlasting Black History told of by the innocence of Oak and Pine Trees that cried for mankind.
