Stress Poem by Sankhajit Bhattacharjee

Stress

Rating: 5.0

Working on unfolded proteins
that accumulate in endoplasmic reticulum-
ER Stress: I am feeling oneness
with one of them:
life seems to be misleading
amidst hardness in work,
leisure sublimes away- robot with strong circuit
but weak emotions. Seeking four words-
rhythm, flow, creativity and pleasure.
I am me- my existence of flesh and blood:
biological existence; biology belongs to life and living.
