The irresistible lure
of our screens
means we are
constantly soaking
our minds which
feeds our stress
and despair.

In the midst of this
ever-present anxiety,
we struggle to live.

In this atmosphere
of relentless restlessness
and shallow social connections,
addictions have
arisen to new heights.

Life has become
a struggle.

We need
to learn how to
struggle well
through prayer.
