There is so much enthusiasm in these four lines, and an invitation to another person to join in the joy. I almost feel like a dance would ensue once the hand is taken and the kiss received. This joy is still young and may last the whole day with encouragement from one or more others. (But LILAC BOOZE is puzzling. Booze is a slang term for liquor. You must have has a different meaning in mind, something that goes with sweet-smelling lilacs!)
