Struggle (A Cone Of Silence) Poem by Arif Malik

Struggle (A Cone Of Silence)

Rating: 5.0

I confess,
I'm colourless
All of this is temporary.

Let the sun come out and the wings that gleam and dart
Let the rain come and soak the aching dry heart
Let the wind come and rusty burden may depart.

If i die while striving for this cause
Come and meet me in the colourful gardens hereafter, sweetheart.
