Stubborn Stiff Poem by Renee Marie

Stubborn Stiff

How tired your eyes must be
When straining over veils to see
How far your hands must reach
When clawing over cliffs to teach
How long your heart must run
Unrelenting till the cause is won
And who's to say which contrarian
Is the Good Samaritan
