Subsidy politics is nasty
It makes people lazy and easy
Subsidy politics is just to
Cheat the people and it
Make them more and more poor.

Without taking effort for
Proper distribution of wealth
And supplying works to all
It is wrong to make available
Rice at the rate of one rupees
At subsidy rate.

Subsidy politics can not
Build a hunger-free state
Subsidy politics can not
Make people strong in any respect
People would remain poor as before.
